A passion that's always been with me

It was during the COVID-19 pandemic, while working as store manager at Boutique Hors Taxes de la Beauce Inc., that I started developing my programming skills — first to solve my own problems, then out of genuine passion.

Now the owner of the shop, I went on to build DutyFreeOps, the system that runs all of its operations: products, pricing, promotions, suppliers, HR and reporting. A project born from a real need, built on more than 30 years of retail experience.

That same passion also leads me to design websites under the Net.Créative banner, for businesses that, like mine, want a solution built around their real needs instead of a generic template.
